Limble CMMS Alternatives
Limble's unlimited-volume model is genuinely distinctive and its API is the best documented in its tier, so the reasons to look elsewhere are narrow. Two dominate: the pricing page publishes no figures at all, which some procurement processes cannot accommodate; and the Standard tier excludes purchase orders, vendor records, API access, IoT and ERP integrations and offline mobile entirely, with multi-site reserved for Enterprise.
In other words Limble is generous on volume and strict on function. If your needs are the opposite shape, the alternatives below fit better.

The alternatives, and why they are here
Selected on capability and use case rather than on sharing a category label. Each entry says what actually differs.
MaintainX
MaintainX
AI-assisted CMMS and asset management platform for frontline maintenance teams, with a free tier, published per-user pricing and multi-site reporting on the enterprise plan.
Why consider it: Publishes its prices, including annual and monthly rates, and has a free forever tier. Metered on work orders with procedures rather than unlimited, so the trade is transparency for volume.
- Cloud
- Freemium
- Hybrid EAM and CMMS
- USD 20 per user per month (Essential plan, billed annually; free Basic tier available)
UpKeep
UpKeep
AI-native CMMS and asset operations platform covering work orders, preventive maintenance, parts, safety and its own Edge IoT sensors, with a documented REST API.
Why consider it: Publishes entry pricing and documents its asset hierarchy limits, which Limble does not document at all. First-party Edge IoT sensors instead of third-party partners.
- Cloud
- Commercial
- Hybrid EAM and CMMS
- USD 24 per user per month (Essential plan; billing cadence not stated by the vendor)
Fiix CMMS
Rockwell Automation
Cloud CMMS from Rockwell Automation for preventive maintenance, work orders, assets and parts, with an offline-capable mobile app and industrial OT connectivity.
Why consider it: Includes offline mobile on every tier including the free plan, where Limble gates it to Premium+, and adds documented plant-floor OT connectivity.
- Cloud
- Freemium
- CMMS
- USD 45 per user per month (Basic plan; Professional is USD 75, free plan available)
eMaint CMMS
Fluke Reliability
Cloud CMMS and EAM from eMaint, part of Fluke Reliability, with asset hierarchies, condition monitoring, fully offline mobile and a documented REST API.
Why consider it: The step up where contractor management, purchasing and regulated-industry features are required, with a fully offline native app included rather than tier-gated.
- Cloud
- Commercial
- Hybrid EAM and CMMS
- Contact vendor for pricing
MPACT CMMS
MPulse Software
MPulse Software's cloud CMMS flagship, successor to the legacy MPulse editions, covering work orders, time, meter and condition-based PM, inventory and reporting.
Why consider it: Concurrent-user licensing with published figures, which can be materially cheaper for a shift-based team. Note how much of the product is sold as paid add-ons.
- Cloud, On-premises
- Commercial
- CMMS
- USD 29 per concurrent user per month (Professional plan, billed annually, 3-user minimum)
What this page is not
This is not a ranking and there is no single best alternative. The right choice depends on what you are replacing and why, which is why each entry states a specific reason rather than a score. Capability values come from each product's structured profile, where anything unverified is labelled as such rather than assumed.
