Field Service Management Software · Field service for trades
Zuper
by Zuper Inc.
Cloud field service management for small and mid-size service contractors, positioned around AI agents. Notable for the widest named integration surface among the small-contractor products here, including both QuickBooks and Xero. No pricing page exists.
What it is
On whether it still exists independently: yes. zuper.co is live and actively marketed, self-described as the AI operating system to run your service business, with a working demo funnel and current trade-show promotion. No acquisition, merger or shutdown statement appears on any vendor page. The vendor entity is not stated on Zuper own about page, which names only Zuper and Zuper AI and shows an investor logo wall with no amounts or dates, but trade press closes that gap: the entity is Zuper Inc., headquartered in Seattle with offices in India and the Middle East, and an Indian operating entity, Zupersoft Solutions Private Limited, appears as the App Store seller. Funding is a 32 million dollar Series B announced 13 December 2023 led by FUSE, bringing total raised to 46.1 million, after a Series A also led by FUSE. That explains the logo wall: FUSE led both rounds, with HubSpot, Zendesk, Peak XV (formerly Sequoia Capital India) and Prime as participants. Founding year is conflicted between sources, 2016 in one and operating since 2020 in another, so it is not asserted here.
The product sits on a conventional field service base of work orders including subcontractor work orders, a dispatch board, quoting, job costing, inventory, asset management, invoicing and Zuper Pay, with a heavy AI agent layer on top: a CSR Agent, Field Agent, Sales Coach, Weather and Reputation agents, an AR Agent described as coming soon, an Agent Studio and Zuper Sense. Current marketing is skewed strongly to roofing and exterior trades alongside HVAC, plumbing, solar, landscaping, fencing, garage doors, gutters, siding, windows, pressure washing, pool service, generators and electrical.
The integration surface is the strongest verified differentiator. Zuper names Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Stripe and Microsoft Teams, among a claimed 60-plus integrations. Supporting both QuickBooks and Xero puts it ahead of FieldPulse, Housecall Pro and FieldEdge, all of which name QuickBooks only. The customer portal also exposes jobs, assets, quotes and contracts to end customers, which is broader than most portals at this tier.
- There is no pricing page at all. Both the expected pricing URLs returned 404 and no pricing link appears in site navigation. The only commercial statement found is that costs vary based on company size and the specific tools or modules needed.
- Offline is properly documented, in dedicated vendor docs. It is opt-in and two-stage: Zuper must enable the feature for the account, then each user turns on caching, after which the app primes data for assigned jobs. Job details, status and checklists, timers, notes, galleries, inspection forms and routes all work offline. Job accept and reject, chat, notifications, and quotes and invoices explicitly do not, and pre-existing attachments are not cached. A support article adds that the job must be scheduled within 7 days. Zuper own pages conflict on cache lifetime, one saying a maximum of 1 day and another a couple of days.
- The API is claimed but undocumented. The product page says Zuper offers API integration, but docs.zuper.co documents product features only, with no endpoints, authentication or webhooks, and no developer portal was found.
Capabilities
Each capability carries its own verification status. “Not verified” means exactly that: it has not been checked, and must not be read as absent.
| Capability | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| GPS and vehicle tracking Vehicle or technician location tracking. | Yes | Geo-fencing and GPS routing for accurate ETA alerts. source |
| Invoicing and payments Invoicing from completed work and taking payment. | Yes | Automate invoice creation from approved estimates. source |
| Quoting and estimating Producing quotes and estimates for customer work. | Yes | Send fast job estimates enabling quick client decisions and instant billing. source |
| Parts and inventory Parts consumption, van stock and inventory tracking. | Yes | Sync the mobile app with warehouse stock so field technicians can check inventory. source |
| Work order management Work order lifecycle from request to completion. | Yes | Work orders, including subcontractor work orders. source |
| Service contracts and agreements Recurring service agreements, entitlements and renewals. | Yes | Contracts are exposed in the customer portal alongside quotes. source |
| Customer portal A portal for customers to log and track jobs. | Yes | Customers can review their jobs, assets, quotes and contracts through the portal, which is broader scope than most portals at this tier. source |
| Offline working Creating and completing work with no connectivity, and syncing on reconnection. | Yes | NOW FULLY DOCUMENTED. Opt-in, two-stage: Zuper must enable the feature for the account, then each user turns on Cache data for offline usage; the app shows Ready for offline usage and primes data for assigned jobs in the background. WORKS OFFLINE: view job details, update job status and checklist, update job timer and timelog, view and add job notes, access job gallery and add attachments, submit and edit inspection forms, view route detail and timeline, and view primary details for customers, organizations, properties, assets, contracts and parts. DOES NOT WORK OFFLINE, per explicit vendor statements: job accept and reject, chat messages and notifications, quotes and invoices, and pre-existing file attachments are not cached. A support article adds that the job must be scheduled within 7 days. Cache lifetime is documented inconsistently: one page says a maximum of 1 day, another says a couple of days. source |
| Technician mobile app A dedicated mobile application for field technicians. | Yes | Mobile app and Field Agent. No app store links were captured. source |
| Route optimisation Optimising travel between jobs across a working day. | Yes | Optimise routes and stay connected with workers in the field. source |
| Scheduling and optimisation Scheduling work against availability, skills and capacity. | Yes | Automate technician dispatch based on availability, proximity and skills. source |
| Dispatch and assignment Assigning jobs to technicians and managing the dispatch board. | Yes | Optimise job allocation with custom groups for efficient technician routing, plus a dispatch board. source |
| Documented API A publicly documented API for integration. | Not verified | CLAIMED BUT UNDOCUMENTED. The product page says Zuper offers API integration, but docs.zuper.co documents product features only with no endpoints, authentication or webhooks, and no developer portal was found. docs.zuper.co/getting-started returned 404. |
| Workforce and crew management Timesheets, crews, certifications and workforce administration. | Not verified | Not verified on the vendor site. |
| SLA management Measuring response and resolution against service levels. | Not verified | SLA is not mentioned on any page opened. |

| Note | NO PRICING PAGE EXISTS. Both zuper.co/pricing and zuper.co/pricing/ returned HTTP 404 and no pricing link appears anywhere in site navigation. The only commercial statement found is a pricing FAQ on the product page saying that costs can vary based on the size of your company and the specific tools or modules you need, so the licensing model itself is unknown. No tiers are published. The homepage invites visitors to test drive Zuper, but the only call-to-action destination found is a demo page, and a demo is not a trial, so free_trial remains unknown. |

Strengths and limitations
Strengths
- The widest named integration surface among the small-contractor products here, including both QuickBooks and Xero plus Sage Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Teams. verified source
- The customer portal exposes jobs, assets, quotes and contracts to end customers, broader scope than most portals at this tier. verified source
- The AI-agent framing is the most aggressive in this category as of this research date, which may suit buyers actively looking for that. editorial
- Offline working is documented in dedicated vendor docs that list both what works and what does not, including explicit exclusions for job accept and reject, chat, notifications, and quotes and invoices. verified source
Limitations
- No pricing page exists at all; both expected pricing URLs return HTTP 404 and no pricing link appears in site navigation. verified source
- Offline is opt-in and gated: Zuper must enable it for the account before any user can turn it on, and offline access is limited to jobs scheduled within 7 days. verified source
- Zuper own documentation conflicts on how long offline data survives, one page saying a maximum of 1 day and another saying a couple of days. verified source
- No legal entity, headquarters or founding year is disclosed on the vendor about page itself; those facts had to be recovered from trade press. verified source
- Roofing-heavy current marketing may not reflect depth in other trades, so buyers outside exterior trades should probe their own vertical. editorial
Who it suits
Organisation sizes: Small, Medium
Good fit: small and mid-size service contractors, especially in roofing and exterior trades where Zuper current marketing and partner ecosystem are concentrated, with aerial measurement and supply partners such as Hover, EagleView, RoofScope, GAF QuickMeasure, ABC Supply and SRS Distribution named alongside the mainstream integrations. It is the best fit among the small-contractor products for businesses whose accounting lives in Xero rather than QuickBooks, and for businesses that want a customer portal exposing contracts and assets as well as jobs. Teams interested in AI agents will find the most aggressive implementation in this category as of this research date.
Poor fit: buyers who need published pricing, since no pricing page exists at all, and buyers who need verified offline working, since the offline claim is a label with no supporting description. Enterprise buyers are not targeted. Anyone running formal vendor diligence should be aware that no legal entity, headquarters or founding year is disclosed on the about page, which is unusual and will matter for procurement at some organisations. Buyers whose trade is not roofing-adjacent should probe depth in their own vertical, since current marketing is heavily weighted.
Typical use cases: roofing and exterior contractors needing aerial measurement and supplier integrations in the same system as dispatch; multi-trade service businesses on Xero; and contractors wanting customer-facing visibility of contracts and assets rather than just job history.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. The company is Zuper Inc., headquartered in Seattle with offices in India and the Middle East, backed by a 32 million dollar Series B announced in December 2023 led by FUSE, which brought total funding to 46.1 million. No acquisition or shutdown was found. Note that none of this appears on Zuper own about page; it comes from trade press.
Job details, status and checklists, timers and timelogs, notes, the job gallery and attachments, inspection forms, routes, and primary details for customers, assets, contracts and parts. Explicitly not working offline: job accept and reject, chat, notifications, and quotes and invoices, and pre-existing attachments are not cached. Offline must be enabled by Zuper for your account first, and only jobs scheduled within 7 days are available.
Yes. Zuper names Xero on its integrations page alongside QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Microsoft Teams. Supporting both QuickBooks and Xero puts it ahead of several competitors in the same tier that name QuickBooks only.
Not published, and unusually there is no pricing page at all: both expected pricing URLs return a 404 and no pricing link appears in site navigation. The only statement found is that costs vary based on company size and the specific tools or modules needed.
