MaintainX vs Limble
Both are modern cloud CMMS products competing for the same mid-market shortlists, and they have opposite commercial philosophies. MaintainX publishes its prices and meters your usage. Limble publishes no prices and gives you unlimited usage. Which one is cheaper depends entirely on your shape.

Full profileLimble CMMS
Limble
Cloud CMMS and asset management platform with unlimited assets, work orders and PM schedules on every tier, an OpenAPI-documented REST API and named ERP and IoT integrations.
Full profileThe main differences
Pricing transparency. MaintainX wins outright. Free, USD 20 and USD 65 tiers with annual and monthly rates published. Limble's pricing page shows three tiers and no figures at all, behind a calculator; the only vendor figures we found were on an eight-month-old marketing article with no billing basis stated.
Volume limits. Limble wins outright. Unlimited assets, work orders and PM schedules on every tier including the entry tier. MaintainX caps work orders with attached procedures at two a month on Basic and three on Essential, and limits analytics history to one to three months below Premium. If you run a real PM programme, Limble's entry tier goes much further.
API. Limble wins clearly. A full OpenAPI 3.1 specification with webhooks, rate limits and regional endpoints, readable before you buy. MaintainX has an API from Premium but we could read only the title of its documentation.
What is gated. Limble's Standard tier is generous on volume and strict on function: no purchase orders, no vendor records, no API, no IoT or ERP integrations, no offline mobile. MaintainX gates inventory and purchase orders to Premium and multi-site to Enterprise. Both push a serious deployment to the middle or top tier; read the tier sheet, not the headline.
Integrations named. Limble is more specific: SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite and Dynamics 365 Business Central explicitly. MaintainX names SAP and NetSuite, and "Microsoft Dynamics 365" without specifying Business Central.

Read the full assessmentWhich to choose
Choose Limble if asset and work order volume is high, if you want an API-led integration you can design against before purchase, or if metered work orders would be a constant irritation. The unlimited-volume model is the better fit for most genuine maintenance programmes.
Choose MaintainX if you need to know the price before the conversation, if a free tier matters, or if the team is small and the requirements are light.
Either way, get a current written quote for the tier you will actually use. Neither vendor's published information is sufficient to budget a full deployment.
