Fracttal One vs Fiix
Both are cloud CMMS products with real condition-monitoring stories, approaching the same problem from different markets. Fiix is North American and industrial, backed by Rockwell. Fracttal is Spanish-first with its own sensor hardware and a Latin American and Iberian centre of gravity.

Full profileThe main differences
Pricing transparency. Fiix wins. A free plan plus published USD 45 and USD 75 tiers. Fracttal's pricing page is a quote-request form with no plan names or figures, and its English pricing URLs return 404.
Condition monitoring. Different and both credible. Fracttal sells its own Fracttal Sense sensor line, so sensor to work order is a product path rather than an integration. Fiix integrates with the plant floor: sensors, PLCs, SCADA, MES, DCS and FactoryTalk Optix. Fracttal is simpler; Fiix reaches further into existing industrial infrastructure.
Asset hierarchy. Both document it, which is more than most here manage. Fracttal explicitly describes building a visual hierarchical structure; Fiix documents regions, sites and facilities down to equipment with parent, child and grandchild assets. Fiix's is the more detailed.
API. Fiix publishes an open API with an SDK but gates custom integrations to Enterprise at extra cost. Fracttal publishes an API but gates access by plan with advanced write operations behind a paid add-on. Neither is clean; both charge for integration.
Language and region. This is the practical decider. Fracttal defaults to Spanish, its English pricing pages are missing, and its documentation and support are organised around Spanish-speaking markets. For a Spanish-speaking team that is an advantage; for an English-only procurement process it is friction.

Choose Fracttal One if you operate in Latin America, Spain or Portugal, or run a Spanish-speaking maintenance team, where regional support and language coverage outweigh the larger English-language ecosystems. The first-party sensor line is a genuine advantage.
Choose Fiix for North American and English-language operations, for plant-floor OT integration, and whenever you want to evaluate against a published price with a free tier.
