Procurify Alternatives
Procurify is a mid-market procure-to-pay tool and it describes itself accurately: purchasing you control, from request to payment. Buyers look for alternatives for three specific reasons, and all three are published facts rather than complaints.
The first is sourcing, which Procurify does not do at all. RFQ and sourcing appear nowhere on the product page or in the navigation, and there are no tenders, no bid comparison, no bid scoring and no auctions. If competitive sourcing is part of your process you will need a second tool, which is a legitimate architecture but has to be budgeted. Tradogram is the only product in the same tier with a real RFQ and Sourcing Management module, and it also names 3-Way Invoice Matching explicitly. For structured evaluation rather than quote comparison, Market Dojo is e-sourcing only and adds weighted scoring, multi-stage tenders and forward, reverse, ranked and Japanese eAuctions.
The second is the ERP fit, which the integration list settles. Procurify names QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage Intacct, NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus PunchOut to Amazon Business, Staples Advantage, Home Depot, Grainger, Uline and ZAGENO. Xero, SAP and Oracle are not mentioned at all. Xero users should look at Precoro. Anyone on SAP or Oracle has outgrown this tier and should look at Zip, Vroozi or a full suite.
The third is the API. Procurify API is a RESTful JSON API with published endpoints and an OpenAPI specification file, but access requires contacting a representative, and Procurify states outright that it does not support webhooks. That is a genuine published limitation rather than an unknown, and it is to Procurify credit for stating it, but it means event-driven integration is impossible and your integration must poll. Precoro documents webhooks and pagination; Vroozi states webhooks explicitly.
Two Procurify strengths to weigh against any alternative: it ships a Vendor Portal, which Precoro and Tradogram do not name anywhere, and budget management and spend insights are first-class modules rather than afterthoughts. Note also that Procurify publishes no price, no free version and no trial, so aggregator figures are not vendor-published and should not be used.

The alternatives, and why they are here
Selected on capability and use case rather than on sharing a category label. Each entry says what actually differs.
Precoro
Precoro Inc., bootstrapped and founder owned
Procure-to-pay and accounts payable platform for mid-sized multi-entity businesses, covering intake, approvals, orders, receipts, invoices, payments, budgets, expenses, suppliers, contracts, catalogues and inventory.
Why consider it: The closest like-for-like, and the comparison this directory runs in full. Precoro publishes real price floors from 499 per month billed annually, adds payments and inventory modules, integrates Xero which Procurify does not, and documents an API with webhooks, which Procurify states it does not support. Not carried over: Procurify Vendor Portal, which Precoro names nowhere, and Procurify Sage Intacct and Business Central integrations.

- Commercial
- Procure-to-pay
- USD 499 per month for the Core plan, billed annually, per plan rather than per user
Tradogram
Tradogram Inc., Ontario, Canada
Procure-to-pay platform with a genuine RFQ and sourcing module, three-way invoice matching, budget control, contracts, inventory and supplier payments, at the lowest published entry price in this category.
Why consider it: Like-for-like procure-to-pay at a much lower published entry point, 99 per month from a single user, and it adds the one thing Procurify lacks entirely: a real RFQ and Sourcing Management module with quote comparison, plus explicit 3-Way Invoice Matching. Its integration list is wider, covering Xero, three Sage products and SAP and Oracle generically. Not carried over: no supplier portal is a stated feature, no API documentation exists, and the billing currency is never stated anywhere, with CAD a live possibility.

- Commercial
- Procure-to-pay
- USD 99 per month for the Essentials plan from 1 user, or 950.40 per year
Vroozi SpendTech
Vroozi, Inc.
Procure-to-pay platform with Purchase, Invoice, Payment and Marketplace modules, AP invoice automation, insights and analytics and a supplier portal. Sourcing is a tactical RFQ queue only, with no auctions or bid scoring.
Why consider it: Like-for-like procure-to-pay with a named Supplier Portal, explicit two-way and three-way matching, budget control, webhooks and a public API documentation site, plus named ERP solution pages for SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Deltek Costpoint, IBM and Microsoft Dynamics, which suits larger estates than Procurify accounting-tier list. Not carried over: Procurify published webhook limitation is candour you lose, and Vroozi publishes no prices at all, only tier scaling axes.

Zip AI Procurement Platform
Zip (ZipHQ, Inc.)
Intake-led AI procurement orchestration platform spanning request intake, approvals, purchase orders, catalogues, invoice checks, budgets, supplier onboarding, contract orchestration, payments and RFx with weighted scoring. No auctions.
Why consider it: A move up to enterprise intake-led orchestration, not a like-for-like. Zip adds the widest integration ecosystem in the category including SAP and Oracle, deep contract orchestration with playbook redlining, and RFx with weighted scoring, which Procurify has nothing of. Not carried over: Zip avoids the word requisition, states no matching model, names no supplier portal, and its documentation site blocks automated access.

Order.co
Order.co, independent and venture-backed
Procurement, payments and managed-purchasing platform for multi-location mid-market operators, spanning requisitions, purchase orders, custom catalogues, AP automation with three-way matching, budgets, virtual cards and working capital. No strategic sourcing.
Why consider it: A partial substitute for multi-location operators, classified as other because of its marketplace, managed buying and working capital lines. It publishes a flat fee of 1,000 to 5,000 USD per month that does not scale with users or locations, and ships three-way matching, virtual cards and budgets. Not carried over: no supplier portal, no contract lifecycle management, and like Procurify it has no sourcing at all and no SAP or Oracle integration.

- USD 1,000 flat fee per month per customer, from 1,000 to 5,000 USD, on an annual contract, not per user or per location
What this page is not
This is not a ranking and there is no single best alternative. The right choice depends on what you are replacing and why, which is why each entry states a specific reason rather than a score. Capability values come from each product's structured profile, where anything unverified is labelled as such rather than assumed.
