ServiceChannel versus Corrigo
This is the closest head-to-head in the category. Both products are classified here as FM helpdesk platforms, meaning the core job is taking in a service request and getting a contractor to site, not managing a space or a lease. Both are owned by large parents, both are cloud only, both are built for multi-location estates, and both put a contractor network at the centre of the offer.
ServiceChannel is a contractor dispatch and facilities service platform for multi-location businesses, part of Fortive since 2021, covering work orders, preventive maintenance, provider sourcing and performance, spend optimisation and compliance, with a vetted provider marketplace. Subscriptions are priced per location.
Corrigo CMMS is JLL cloud facilities maintenance platform, built around AI driven work order dispatch, vendor matching against a stated network of more than 70,000 providers, warranty enforcement and SLA monitoring. JLL states Corrigo manages 1.1 million facilities with over 5 million users and 18.5 million work orders annually.
Neither is an IWMS. If your requirement includes floor plans or lease accounting, read CAFM versus CMMS versus EAM versus IWMS first, because both of these will leave that ground uncovered.

Full profileThe main differences
Where they overlap
Both verify asset management, work orders, preventive maintenance, service request intake and dispatch, contractor management, mobile apps, reporting and multi-site operation. Both have a contractor network as a commercial asset rather than just a feature: ServiceChannel runs a vetted Service Provider Marketplace addressing provider coverage where the buyer has no existing relationship, and Corrigo matches against its stated 70,000 plus provider network with performance scoring and GPS check ins. Both are explicitly quote based and neither offers a trial. Neither states space management or lease operations, so neither should be positioned as an IWMS substitute.
Where they differ on verified evidence
Corrigo publishes more in three areas that matter. First, SLA management: Corrigo states SLA monitoring for providers plus maintenance KPIs in reporting, whereas for ServiceChannel SLA and KPI management is unverified. ServiceChannel Provider Performance addresses adjacent ground but it is not the same claim, and this directory will not treat it as one. Second, integration: Corrigo explicitly offers a REST API framework and single sign on, while for ServiceChannel no third party integration is named anywhere on the platform or solutions pages, only a generic reference to data warehouse integrations, so API and ERP connectivity cannot be confirmed from vendor pages at all. That is the single most consequential difference for anyone integrating to a finance system. Third, warranty: Corrigo verifies warranty monitoring with repair versus replace recommendations, addressing a cost leak most organisations never measure. Corrigo also verifies procurement through procure to pay via JLL Marketplace, though purchase orders as such are not named and the capability is tied to the JLL ecosystem.
ServiceChannel publishes more on inspections and spend. Site audits via the ServiceChannel App plus a Compliance and Risk module are verified, where Corrigo inspections capability is unverified. Data Analytics and Insights with ready reporting and customised visualisations plus a Spend Optimization module are verified. And ServiceChannel offers a fully outsourced option, ServiceChannel Managed, which is rare among software vendors in this category and is a genuinely different commercial proposition from buying a tool.
Both leave the same gaps. Space management, property operations, BIM and BMS or IoT are unverified for both. ServiceChannel procurement is unverified: invoices are mentioned but purchase orders and procurement are not described. Depth for complex single buildings is thin on both sides: asset hierarchy is not stated by either, and for ServiceChannel permit to work, BMS integration and technician scheduling are not published, which limits fit for hospitals, campuses and plants. Asset hierarchy design is worth reading before you commit either product to a technical estate.
Licensing posture
Neither publishes a figure, but both state their basis unusually clearly. ServiceChannel states that subscriptions are priced per location and directs buyers to a customised quote, which aligns cost to work volume for estates of many small sites and is the right shape for retail, restaurant and branch networks. Corrigo own FAQ on its product page states that pricing is typically quote based. Neither offers a trial: ServiceChannel offers a demo and a platform tour, Corrigo a get started form and a demo request.
Both carry an ecosystem consideration. Corrigo procurement routes through JLL Marketplace and JLL also sells facilities management services, which is a dependency worth naming explicitly in a procurement paper if you are also tendering FM services. ServiceChannel marketplace creates a milder version of the same question.

Not verified means the capability has not been checked for that product. It does not mean the product lacks it. Blank cells and unverified rows are never counted as a "no".

ServiceChannel Platform

Read the full assessmentWhich to choose
Choose Corrigo when integration and service levels are contractual rather than aspirational. The REST API framework and single sign on give you something to architect against, SLA monitoring and maintenance KPIs are published rather than inferred, warranty monitoring with repair versus replace recommendations is a real and uncommon capability, and the mobile side is strong, with full CMMS functionality on mobile including offline work orders, QR and barcode asset lookup, photo attachments, parts requests and signoffs. The counterweights are the JLL ecosystem dependency and the limited independent verification available.
Choose ServiceChannel when the estate is many small locations and per-location pricing matches how the cost actually accrues, when you need contractor coverage in geographies where you have no relationships, when site audits and compliance are a regular operational rhythm, or when you would consider handing the whole function over through ServiceChannel Managed. The counterweight is that you cannot confirm any integration capability from vendor pages, which is a genuine risk if the platform must exchange data with ERP or finance.
Evidence gaps and limitations. Both profiles are thinner than their market presence suggests. Corrigo detail comes from a single jll.com product page because JLL Technologies pages at jllt.com return HTTP 403 to automated access, and no user agent spoofing was attempted; the JLL acquisition date could not be verified on a JLL owned page; and all headline ROI and savings figures, including a claimed 238 percent ROI with payback under six months, are vendor commissioned Forrester studies rather than independent findings. For ServiceChannel, the integration list in this directory is deliberately empty because nothing qualifying is named on any vendor page, and the Fortive segment assignment following the 2025 Ralliant spin off is unverified. Neither vendor publishes documentation. On both sides, treat anything about space, leases, BIM, BMS or asset hierarchy as something to prove in a demo rather than something the capability matrix denies.
Frequently asked questions
This could not be verified. No third party integration is named anywhere on the ServiceChannel platform or solutions pages, and the only language found is a generic reference to data warehouse integrations, so API and ERP connectivity cannot be confirmed from vendor pages at all. Corrigo, by contrast, explicitly offers a REST API framework and single sign on. If integration is central, make it a written condition of any ServiceChannel proposal.
No, on current evidence. Space management and property or lease operations are unverified for both, and for ServiceChannel the vendor pages state neither. Both are contractor dispatch and maintenance platforms. If you need floor plans, chargeback or lease accounting you need a different class of product alongside.
Neither publishes a figure. ServiceChannel states that subscriptions are priced per location, which is unusually clear as a basis and suits estates of many small sites. Corrigo own product page FAQ states pricing is typically quote based. Neither offers a trial.
Neither is an obvious fit. Depth for complex single buildings is thin on both sides: asset hierarchy is not stated by either vendor, and for ServiceChannel permit to work, BMS integration and technician scheduling are not published. A CAFM with verified permit to work and BMS interfacing is usually the better starting point for that estate type.
